Which ways can I purchase your products?

Your order can be completed with credit card or via your own PayPal account through PayPal. We also take school purchase orders. When completing the order through the ordering process screens, choose "Purchase Order" when you get to that screen, then enter your purchase order number and authorization on the following screen after that to complete your purchase request. We also request that you fax your Purchase Order to 858.274.1839 with your order confirmation number that you received in your email once you've completed your transaction.

How long does it take to produce a sign?

All orders are put into production within 5 business days after the order is received and completed. Printing time varies depending on seasonal volume but is generally within an additional week.

How long does it take to ship with UPS to my part of the country?

You can choose from UPS next day, 2-day or Ground (up to 6 days) when you place your order. The charge for each is indicated.

What are the requirements for sending Artwork if I want my mascot or logo included?

Generally the original file you use for letterhead or other high-quality printed material will work for banners and signs. These are normally in “vector” format. These can be emailed to graphics@pilpinc.com. A bitmapped version such as a JPEG or GIF from a web page will not be suitable. If in doubt call us! We can even recreate your logo for you into a format you can use not just with us but for t-shirts, uniforms and any other use you can think of.

Are there funding sources I can look to help?

Yes, Character Education Grant Funding, Title I funding to reinforce the regular school curriculum, Safe and Drug-Free Schools (SDFS) funding, After-School grants, and PTO and PTA to name a few.
